§ 24-2 Bid bonds.LinkCopy Citation
Pursuant to the provisions of <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="VI|§11|(h)">Article VI, § 11(h) of the City Charter</cite>, a bidder on a contract for any public work or the purchase of any supplies, materials, equipment, or services for the City or by any municipal agency is required to post a bid bond if the bid is more than $100,000.
