## § 26-11 Required records - Delinquencies.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 26-11 (2026)

(a) If the service contractor is delinquent in submitting any payrolls, processing of partial payment estimates may be held in abeyance pending receipt of the payrolls.

(b) In addition, if the contractor is delinquent in submitting any payroll, the contractor shall forfeit and pay to the City a penalty of $10 for each calendar day that the payroll is late.
