## § 26-18 Manner of administration.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 26-18 (2026)

The Board of Estimates and the Wage Commission shall administer and enforce the provisions of this subtitle in the same manner that the Board of Estimates and the Wage Commission administer and enforce the provisions of Subtitle 25 of <cite data-path="|5">this article</cite> on Construction Contracts.
