## § 26-2 Scope of subtitle.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 26-2 (2026)

The provisions of this subtitle shall apply exclusively to service contracts and shall not be construed to conflict with Subtitle 25 of <cite data-path="|5">this article</cite> on Construction Contracts or any provisions on construction contracts as provided in this subtitle.
