## § 28-25 Office review and report.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 28-25 (2026)

(a) Annually, the Office must review MBE and WBE participation on all contracts and procurement to evaluate the effect of the Program and the City’s progress towards meeting the annual goals.

(b) The Office must report its findings to the Board of Estimates.
