If, after investigation, the Office finds that a contracting agency has failed to comply with a provision of this chapter, the Office must:send the agency a written finding that specifies the nature of the noncompliance; and attempt to resolve the noncompliance through conference and conciliation. If the noncompliance cannot be resolved, the Office must submit its written findings and recommendations to the Board of Estimates. the Board of Estimates may take appropriate action to secure compliance.
