A contracting agency must keep accurate records for each contract it awards. These records must include:dollar value of contract; nature of goods or services to be provided; name of contractor; efforts employed to solicit bids from certified minority and women’s business enterprises; and all subcontracts awarded by the contractor, identifying for each:dollar value; nature of goods or services provided; name of subcontractor; and race/ethnicity and sex of subcontractor’s owner.
