## § 28-91 Annual report.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 28-91 (2026)

(a) The Office must submit an annual report to the Mayor and the City Council on the City’s progress toward the utilization goals established under this chapter.

(b) The report must include:

  (1) any problems; and

  (2) specific recommendations for improving the City’s performance.
