## § 28-62 Bidder’s pre-award request.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 28-62 (2026)

(a) If a bidder is unable to comply with the contract goals, the bidder may submit a request for a waiver at the time of bid opening.

(b) The request for a waiver must include documentation that demonstrates the bidder’s good faith efforts to meet the goals.
