## § 28-68 Responsibility for achieving goals.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 28-68 (2026)

Each agency head or designee must:

(1) assume primary responsibility for achieving the goals of the Program; and

(2) on a continuing basis, review all aspects of the Program’s operations to assure that the purpose is being attained.
