## § 32-2 Purchases of $20,000 or more, but less than $40,000.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 32-2 (2026)

The contracting for and purchase of foodstuffs and related perishables involving an expenditure of more than $20,000 and less than $40,000, except those contracts awarded by the Board of Estimates pursuant to the provisions of <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="VI|§11|(g)">Article VI, § 11(g) of the City Charter</cite>, shall be submitted to the Board of Estimates for its approval and shall be binding upon the City only when so approved.
