## § 35A-2 Zero-emission vehicle procurement requirements.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 35A-2 (2026)

City agencies must increase their procurement of zero-emission vehicles so that 100%  of all vehicles purchased, leased, or rented for the administrative fleet will be zero-emission vehicles by January 1, 2030.
