## § 36-2 Signatures.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 36-2 (2026)

(a) The drafts shall bear the signatures of:

  (1) the City Purchasing Agent or the Acting City Purchasing Agent in the absence of the City Purchasing Agent; and

  (2) another person from the Bureau of Purchases designated by the Director of Finance.

(b) 1 of the 2 signatures must be manual.
