## § 40-13 Preliminary recommendations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 40-13 (2026)

On completing the  investigation of a person, the City Solicitor may recommend to the Board whether the Board should:

(1) institute debarment proceedings against the person; and

(2) suspend the person pending a final decision.
