## § 40-15 Reports.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 40-15 (2026)

(a) Each agency, instrumentality, and unit of the City shall promptly report to the Board any information that indicates a cause for debarment under:

  (1) § 40- 5 {“Automatic debarment for certain bribery offenses”};

  (2) § 40-6 {”Other bribery offenses”};

  (3) § 40-7 {“Violations of other laws”}; or

  (4) § 40-8 {“Other events”}.

(b) The Board shall seek to obtain from the State Board of Public Works timely copies of reports made to the State Board under § 16-302 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
