§ 47-1 No Dumping Clause.LinkCopy Citation
Every contract awarded by the City shall include a provision that:
(1)
the contractor’s violation of any provision of City Health Title 7 {“Waste Control”}, Subtitle 6 {“Prohibited Disposal”}, constitutes a breach of the contract; and
(2)
the City may determine, in its discretion, whether the violation is a material breach warranting termination of the contract.
