§ 49-1 Definitions.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
In this section <em>{subtitle}</em>, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b)Director.
“Director” means the Director of the Department of Finance or the Director’s designee.
(c)Funds.
“Funds” means the $641 million Baltimore City has received from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund.
