## § 49-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 49-1 (2026)

(a) In this section <em>{subtitle}</em>, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Director” means the Director of the Department of Finance or the Director’s designee.

(c) “Funds” means the $641 million Baltimore City has received from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund.
