§ 6-3 Withdrawal of funds.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Funds placed in said depositories as aforesaid may be withdrawn therefrom by check for the assistance rolls and foster care program of the Department of Social Services.
(b)Signature requirements.
(1)
Said checks shall bear the signature of:
(i)
the Director of Social Services; and
(ii)
1 person of the Department of Social Services designated by the Director thereof to sign as Disbursing Officer.
(2)
Such designation shall be made in writing by the Director of Social Services and filed with the depositories on which such checks are drawn.
(3)
Any signature on any such checks may be manual or facsimile.
