## § 9-9 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 9-9 (2026)

Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 26-114" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Finance must adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle including:

(i) a schedule for disbursing the Fund each year; and

(ii) procedures for transferring money from the Fund to either the fiscal agent or directly to service and program providers designated by the fiscal agent.
