Mt. Clare Station Roundhouse, being further described as follows:
The coordinates of the center point of the Round House in Mt. Clare Station being based upon the Baltimore Survey Control System are West 4,790 feet and South 4,420 feet, said Round House having a radius of 120 feet and located at the southwest corner of Pratt Street and Poppleton Street.
