Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation must adopt, after notice and a public hearing, rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>.
