§ 6-3 Non-regulatory nature of Inventory.LinkCopy Citation
(a)General.
Except only as otherwise expressly provided in <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>, the Inventory is not a regulatory instrument.
(b)No determination of eligibility for designation.
Inclusion of an area or structure in the Inventory is not a determination of eligibility for designation as a Preservation District, Conservation District, Landmark, or Potential Landmark.
