## § 6-3 Non-regulatory nature of Inventory.

Balt., Md., Code art. 6, § 6-3 (2026)

(a) Except only as otherwise expressly provided in <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>, the Inventory is not a regulatory instrument.

(b) Inclusion of an area or structure in the Inventory is not a determination of eligibility for designation as a Preservation District, Conservation District, Landmark, or Potential Landmark.
