As soon as possible after a Final Subdivision Plan has been recorded for any land or other property subject to this subtitle: the Planning Commission must submit a copy of the approved Plan to the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation; and The Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation must:update its records accordingly; and request the Department of Legislative Reference to insert an Editor’s Note to the appropriate section of Subtitle 13 et seq. of <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite> to indicate any change in the relevant description.
