§ 8-11 Building Official bound by CHAP decision.LinkCopy Citation
The Building Official is bound by the Commission’s determinations under this subtitle and must approve, if otherwise in conformance with the <cite data-path="|building-codes">Building, Fire, and Related Codes Article</cite>, or disapprove the application for the proposed alteration in accordance with those determinations.
