On application of the Commission, the District Court or the Circuit Court for Baltimore City may: restrain or enjoin the alteration of any structure in violation of <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>; and order:the removal of any architectural feature constructed or reconstructed in violation of <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>; or the substantial restoration of any architectural feature altered or demolished in violation of <cite data-path="|6">this article</cite>.
