§ 5-7 Record of variance actions.LinkCopy Citation
A record of all variance actions, including the justification for their issuance, must be:
(1)
maintained by the Planning Department;
(2)
included in the bi-annual report submitted to the Federal Insurance Administrator; and
(3)
available on request to the Federal Emergency Management Agency or its authorized agent during periodic assessments of Baltimore City’s participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.
