## § 22-2 Design and construction.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 22-2 (2026)

These stormwater management measures must:

(1) meet the requirements of the State’s Design Manual, this Division II, and the City’s Design Guidelines; and

(2) be constructed according to:

  (i) an approved plan for new development; or

  (ii) the policies stated in <cite data-path="|7|§23-7">§ 23-7 of this Division II</cite> for redevelopment.
