## § 22-8 Preparation of plan.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 22-8 (2026)

(a) The design of all stormwater management plans must be prepared by a professional engineer, professional land surveyor, or landscape architect licensed in the State.

(b) If stormwater best management practices require a dam safety permit from the Maryland Department of the Environment or small pond approval from the City, the plan must be prepared by a professional engineer licensed in the State.
