§ 23-4 Applications.

(a)In general.

The application for a waiver must:

(1)

be in the form that the Department requires;

(2)

contain the descriptions, drawings, and other information needed to evaluate the proposed waiver;

(3)

contain any other information that the Department requires; and

(4)

be submitted to the Department with the applicant’s proposed stormwater management plan.

(b)Separate applications for additions, etc.

A separate application is required for subsequent additions, extensions, or modifications to a development.
