§ 25-2 Fees.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Non-refundable fees will be assessed and collected in advance by the Department for each phase of a development.
(b)Fee schedule.
(1)
The fees assessed under this Division II are in addition to the usual fees charged for grading or building permits.
(2)
Fees shall be assessed for plan reviews, waivers, offsets, stormwater approvals, administration and management of the approval process, inspections, “small-project” exemptions under <cite data-path="|7|§21-6|(b)|(4)">§ 21-6(b)(4) of this Division II</cite>, fees in lieu, and the like.
(3)
The amount of these fees shall be based on the relative complexity of a project, in accordance with a fee schedule established from time to time by the Board of Estimates.
