For each stormwater management practice completed, the Department must submit a notice of construction to the State Water Management Administration. The notice must be submitted:within 45 days of construction completion; and on the form that the Administration supplies. The notice must report, on a site-by-site basis, the type, number, total drainage area, and total impervious area treated by all environmental site design techniques and practices and structural stormwater management practices.
