§ 27-2 Maintenance schedule.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Required.
A maintenance schedule must be developed for the life of every stormwater management facility or system of environmental site design practices.
(b)Contents.
The schedule must specify:
(1)
the maintenance to be completed;
(2)
the time for completing that maintenance; and
(3)
the person responsible for performing that maintenance.
(c)Schedule to be part of approved plan.
The maintenance schedule must be printed on the approved stormwater management plan.
