## § 27-2 Maintenance schedule.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 27-2 (2026)

(a) A maintenance schedule must be developed for the life of every stormwater management facility or system of environmental site design practices.

(b) The schedule must specify:

  (1) the maintenance to be completed;

  (2) the time for completing that maintenance; and

  (3) the person responsible for performing that maintenance.

(c) The maintenance schedule must be printed on the approved stormwater management plan.
