## § 31-5 Administration.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 31-5 (2026)

(a) The Baltimore City Department of Public Works is responsible for administering and enforcing this Division III.

(b) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Department may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this Division III.
