## § 34-1 Inspections required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 34-1 (2026)

(a) Every active site having an approved erosion and sediment control plan should be inspected for compliance with the plan on an average of once every 2 weeks.

(b) The owner or developer must maintain a copy of the approved erosion and sediment control plan on site.
