§ 42-2 Preparation of plans.LinkCopy Citation
The forest stand delineation, the forest conservation plan, including preliminary and final plan, and the afforestation plan shall be prepared by a licensed forester, licensed landscape architect, or other qualified professional as provided in <cite data-doc="Code of Maryland Regulations" data-path="08.19.06.01|B.">COMAR 08.19.06.01B</cite>.
