§ 42-3 Authorized signatory.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Who must sign.
The forest stand delineation, preliminary and final forest conservation plans and afforestation/reforestation plans shall be signed by:
(1)
an officer of the corporation or an authorized agent of a corporation;
(2)
an authorized official of a federal, state, or local government;
(3)
a partner of an association or partnership; or
(4)
an individual applicant.
(b)Responsibility of signatory.
The individual who signs an application is responsible for the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all information in the application.
