## § 42-3 Authorized signatory.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 42-3 (2026)

(a) The forest stand delineation, preliminary and final forest conservation plans and afforestation/reforestation plans shall be signed by:

  (1) an officer of the corporation or an authorized agent of a corporation;

  (2) an authorized official of a federal, state, or local government;

  (3) a partner of an association or partnership; or

  (4) an individual applicant.

(b) The individual who signs an application is responsible for the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all information in the application.
