## § 42-6 Notification of completeness.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 42-6 (2026)

(a) Within 45 calendar days after receipt of the forest stand delineation, the preliminary and final forest conservation plans, and the afforestation plan, the Department shall notify the applicant by mail or email whether the application is complete and correct or if additional information is required.

(b) If the Department fails to notify the applicant within 45 days, any plan submitted shall be treated as complete and correct.

(c) The Department may require further information or provide for an additional 15 calendar days for review of an application under extenuating circumstances.
