§ 43-1 Time for submission.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
A forest stand delineation for the affected area shall be submitted:
(1)
at the initial stages of subdivision or site plan approval;
(2)
before a grading or building permit application is submitted; or
(3)
before a sediment and erosion control application is submitted.
(b)Effect of failure to submit.
If the forest stand delineation is not submitted at this time, no action will be taken on an application request for subdivision, site plan, building, grading, or sediment and erosion control approval.
