§ 43-2 Simplified delineation – When authorized.LinkCopy Citation
A simplified forest stand delineation may be submitted for an area:
(1)
when no forest cover will be disturbed during any construction activity;
(2)
when an area is designated to be protected under a long term protective agreement;
(3)
when there is no existing forest on the site; or
(4)
when approved by the Department.
