## § 52-1 Obstructions in parks and squares.

Balt., Md., Code art. 7, § 52-1 (2026)

(a) No stand or obstruction to the public view shall be erected in any of the public parks or squares of the City or upon the footway belonging to any public building by any person or persons whomsoever (other than the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore).

(b) Anyone violating this section shall be fined $50 for each offense.
