§ 61-1 Fencing required.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
All quarries which have been abandoned and are not actively operated shall be enclosed by a fence not less than 6 feet in height.
(b)Manner of construction and materials.
Said fence:
(1)
to be constructed in such manner and of such materials as in the judgment of the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development will prevent any persons from entering upon the said quarry; and
(2)
to be provided with a gate which shall be securely closed, except at such times when persons duly authorized persons are upon said premises.
