## § 2-24 “Quasi-governmental entity”.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 2-24 (2026)

“Quasi-governmental entity” means an entity that:

(1) is created by a state statute;

(2) performs a public function; and

(3) is supported in whole or in part by the state, but is managed privately.
