Each advisory opinion of the Ethics Board must be:in writing; and subject to the redactions required by subsection (b) of this section, filed and made available for public inspection. Neither the Ethics Board nor its staff may reveal the identity of the person that is the subject of an advisory opinion. Before an advisory opinion is made public, the Ethics Board must delete:the name of the person that is the subject of the opinion; and to the fullest extent possible, any other information that might identify that person.
