§ 4-4 Reliance on opinion.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 4-4 (2026)

Any person subject to <cite data-path="|8">this article</cite> is entitled to rely on an advisory opinion of the Ethics Board that:

(1)

is reasonably applicable to that person’s circumstances; and

(2)

has not been:

(i)

overruled by a later opinion of the Ethics Board; or

(ii)

superseded by an amendment to the applicable provisions of <cite data-path="|8">this article</cite> or of the rules and regulations adopted under it.
