## § 6-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 6-1 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Disqualifying relative”, as applied to an individual, means that individual’s spouse, parent, child, or sibling.
