## § 7-14 Designees of Mayor or President.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 7-14 (2026)

(a) Individuals designated under this section, other than elected officials, may also be required to disclose information annually.

(b) By executive order, the Mayor may designate for disclosures under this section:

  (1) any employee of an executive agency; and

  (2) any uncompensated appointee of the Mayor.

(c) By written order, the President of the City Council may designate for disclosures under this section:

  (1) any employee of the City Council; and

  (2) any uncompensated appointee of the President.

(d) An individual filing a statement under this section must include the relevant information that the applicable designating authority specifies.

(e) A statement filed under this section is a public record.
